Abigail Adams graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers.

During law school, Abigail received Pro Bono Legal Honors and the CALI Excellence of the Future Award in Trial Advocacy, which is given to the student scoring the highest grade in a course. She was also a board member and advocate for Capital’s Moot Court program and named Best Oralist at the Robert Wagner Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition in New York City. Abigail is now a moot court coach at Capital University Law School.

Abigail is dedicated to advocating for individuals in the community during some of life’s most challenging circumstances. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant Attorney General in the workers’ compensation section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, gaining litigation experience representing state agencies. She also gained valuable experience clerking for both plaintiff and defense firms of varying sizes, providing her with a unique and well-rounded perspective on the litigation process.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, going for walks, watching football (Go Bears), attending community events, and enjoying a glass of wine or nice cocktail.
